Regent Electronic Privacy Policy

Our Web Site and mobile applications and web portal use forms in which you give us contact information (including your name, address, telephone number, and email address and/or financial institution account information). This information will be entered into our systems. We receive and store any information you enter on our Site or mobile applications and web portal, or give us in any other way, including through email, telephone, or other communications. Information you provide to us will enable Regent to contact you with information so that you can access your homeowners’ association account online via our web portal and or website. Your information may also be used to contact you regarding your association account status, including electronic notifications. If you would rather not receive these notifications, you can change your preferences online via your association’s web portal, or by contacting Regent directly. Depending on the type of information provided to Regent, it may also be used to process Auto Debits (ACH) to pay for your association dues.

 

Third Party Service Providers 

For certain services, such as online payment for association related charges, you may elect to pay those charges through our 3rd party payment processor Paylease.com (click for privacy policy) and HomeWiseDocs.com (click for privacy policy).

 

Security

We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us.  No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. This Site and our mobile applications contain links to other websites. Unfortunately, Regent is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites. 

 

Sending Emails

We use emails to communicate with you and to send information that you have requested. We strive to promptly reply to your messages. The information you send to us may be stored and used to improve this Site, our mobile application, other applications - or it may be reviewed and discarded.

 

Google Analytics

We may use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this Site, such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site.  Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this Site, rather than your name or other identifying information. Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this Site.  This cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google, Inc.  The information generated by the cookie will be transmitted to and stored by Google.
